Diese Europäische Norm legt ein hochleistungs-flüssigchromatographisches Verfahren (HPLC) zur Bestimmung von Patulin in Apfelsaft und Apfelpüree fest. Dieses Verfahren wurde für die Bestimmung von Patulin validiert durch Untersuchung von natürlich kontaminierten und aufgestockten Proben von klarem Apfelsaft in einem Bereich von 26 µg/l bis 128 µg/l, in trübem Apfelsaft in einem Bereich von 26 µg/l bis 106 ug/l und in Apfelpüree in einem Bereich von 23 ug/kg bis 121 ug/kg.
