Festgelegt sind die Anforderungen an die Konstruktion, Herstellung, Prüfung und Überprüfung von ortsfesten, nicht vacuumisolierten Druckbehältern für die Aufnahme von tiefkalten Gasen. Die Festlegungen gelten für Behälter mit einem maximal zulässigen Betriebsdruck von mehr als 0,5 bar. Diese ÖNORM EN enthält die Europäische Berichtigung AC:2006, mit der diverse Bilder ersetzt und deren Legenden modifiziert wurden. Weiters wurde in diese ÖNORM EN die A1:2006 eingearbeitet, wobei Änderungen zum Vorwort, zur Einleitung und zum Anhang H durchgeführt wurden.
