Diese Norm gilt für fabrikgefertigte Fenster, Außentürflügel und Außentürrahmen, die entweder lichtdurchlässige oder lichtundurchlässige Oberflächenbeläge haben. Sie gilt nicht für dekorative Furnier- oder Filmbeschichtungen auf der Sichtfläche von Holztüren. Diese Norm behandelt nicht die zulässigen Abweichungen eines Produktes.
