Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren fest für werksmäßig aufgebrachte Epoxidharzbeschichtungen (Aufschmelzen von pulverförmigem Epoxidharz oder flüssigem Epoxidharz im Zwei-Komponentenverfahren) für den Korrosionsschutz von Formstücken und Zubehörteilen aus duktilem Gusseisen nach EN 545, EN 598, EN 969, EN 12842, EN 14525 - zum Transport von Wasser (z. B. Trinkwasser) bei Betriebstemperaturen bis 50 °C, jedoch außerhalb des Frostbereiches, oder - zum Transport von Abwasser bei Betriebstemperaturen bis 45 °C, jedoch außerhalb des Frostbereiches, oder - zum Transport von Gas bei Betriebstemperaturen bis 50 °C, - geeignet für äußere Umgebungsbedingungen, d. h.
