Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Kantenschnittfestigkeit von Haftverschlüssen fest. Dazu wird das Haft- oder Schlingenband längs auf einem Gewebe an drei Kanten angenäht, dann wird das Haft- oder Schlingenband-Gegenstück mit Hilfe des in der ÖNORM EN 12241 festgelegten Zylinders aufgebracht, anschließend wird entsprechend des in ÖNORM EN ISO 6330 festgelegten Verfahrens gewaschen.
