Diese ÖNORM legt ein hochleistungs-flüssigchromatographisches Verfahren mit Detektion durch Tandem-Massenspektrometrie (LC-MS/MS) zur Bestimmung der Wachstumsregulatoren Chlormequat und Mepiquat in fettarmen Lebensmitteln als Chlormequat- bzw. Mepiquat-Kation fest. Das Verfahren ist anwendbar auf alle Arten von Obst, Gemüse und Getreideerzeugnissen. Es ist in einem Ringversuch mit Pilzen, Birnen, Weizenmehl, Obstpüree und zusätzlich an einer Kindernahrung geprüft worde.
