Die Norm gilt für Faserzement-Wellplatten nach EN 494 und mit einer Länge von mindestens 1,04 m. Sie gilt nur für Produkte im Auslieferungszustand. Nach Vereinbarung zwischen Hersteller und Kunden kann die Norm auch für gekrümmte Platten gelten.
