Dieses Dokument legt das System für die Bewertung und Überprüfung der Leistungsbeständigkeit (AVCP, en: assessment and verification of constancy of performance) von Hüttensandmehl, einschließlich der Zertifizierung der Leistungsbeständigkeit, fest. Das Dokument enthält technische Regeln für die werkseigene Produktionskontrolle, die zusätzliche Prüfung von im Herstellungsbetrieb entnommenen Proben (interne Überwachungsprüfung) und die Leistungsbewertung von Hüttensandmehl, die Erstinspektion des Herstellungsbetriebs und der werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle und die Stichprobenprüfung von Proben. Es enthält darüber hinaus Regeln für Maßnahmen, die bei Nichtkonformität zu ergreifen sind, sowie Anforderungen an Herstellerdepots. Dieses Dokument ist verknüpft mit der Europäischen Norm, die Hüttensandmehl behandelt, d. h. EN 15167-1:2006.
