Es wird die Funktionalität in Bezug auf Systeme und Ausrüstungs-gegenstände wie Radsätze, Drehgestelle, Türen, Bremsen und Antrieb abgedeckt. Diese Norm gilt auch für Sonderfahrzeuge wie Baumaschinen und Schneepflüge.
