Dieses Dokument legt Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für flexible, werkmäßig hergestellte, erdverlegte Fernwärmerohrsysteme mit Mediumrohren aus Metall, Verbund zwischen den Schichten der Rohrbaugruppen sowie Wärmedämmstoffen aus Polyurethan oder Polyisocyanurat-Schaumstoff, wobei der Außenmantel aus Polyethylen hergestellt ist, fest. Es ist nur in Verbindung mit Teil 1 anwendbar. Dieses Dokument gilt für Rohre, Formstücke, ihre Verbindungen untereinander sowie mit Rohrleitungsteilen, deren Werkstoffe nicht aus Kunststoff bestehen und die für Fernwärmeinstallationen vorgesehen sind. Dieses Dokument ist anwendbar für eine Dauerbetriebstemperatur von 120 °C und einer maximalen Betriebs¬temperatur von 140 °C für maximal 300 h/a sowie für einen zulässigen Betriebsdruck bis einschließlich 2,5 MPa für eine Auslegungsnutzungsdauer von mindestens 30 Jahren. Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für Überwachungssysteme.
