Diese Europäische Norm legt ein hochleistungsflüssigchromato-graphisches (HPLC-) Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Gehaltes von Maduramicin in Futtermitteln und Vormischungen fest. Die übliche Konzentration von Maduramicin in Futtermitteln beträgt 5 mg/kg, in Vormischungen 500 mg/kg. Die Bestimmungsgrenze beträgt 2 mg/kg. Die Nachweisgrenze beträgt 0,5 mg/kg.
