Diese Europäische Norm findet Anwendung bei geländegängigen Flurförderzeugen mit veränderlicher Reichweite (hier als "Flurförderzeuge" bezeichnet), die eine besondere sitzende Bedienposition auf der linken Seite des Auslegers oder eine Mittelposition besitzen (ausgeschlossen Bedienposition auf der rechten Seite des Auslegers). Diese Europäische Norm legt eine statische Prüfmethode für die Prüfung und Beurteilung der Sicht für die Bedienperson auf einer rechtwinkeligen 1 m Grenze nahe um das geländegängige Flurförderzeug mit veränderlicher Reichweite und einem 12 m Sichtprüfkreis fest.
