Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Aflatoxin B1 in Säuglingsnahrung durch Hochleistungsflüssigchromatographie (HPLC) mit Reinigung an einer Immunoaffinitätssäule und Fluoreszenzdetektion fest. Dieses Verfahren wurde in einem Ringversuch durch die Untersuchung von natürlich kontaminierten Proben und aufgestockten Proben mit Gehalten von 0,07 micro g/kg bis 0,18 micro g/kg validiert. Weitere Informationen zur Validierung befinden sich in Abschnitt 9 und Anhang B.
