Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur gleichzeitigen Bestimmung von neun Intensivsüßungsmitteln in Getränken und in Dosen konserviertem oder eingemachtem Obst durch Hochleistungs-Flüssigchromatographie mit Verdampfungs-Lichtstreu-Detektion (HPLC-ELSD) fest.
