Diese Europäische Norm legt Folgendes fest: - Maße und Dichtheit sowie mechanisches, hydraulisches und Geräuschverhalten, die/das ausziehbare Ablaufventile mit oder ohne Wahlfunktion der Art des Wasserstrahls aufweisen müssen; - die Verfahren zur Prüfung dieser Eigenschaften. Die vorliegende Norm gilt unabhängig vom verwendeten Werkstoff für ausziehbare Ablaufventile, die als Ausrüstung und Ergänzung von Sanitärarmaturen für Wasch- und Spülbecken zur Verwendung in der Küche oder für die Körperhygiene vorgesehen sind. Derartige ausziehbare Ablaufventile dürfen nur nach dem Absperrorgan der Armatur angeschlossen werden. Ausziehbare Ablaufventile mit einer nach dem Absperrorgan der Armatur angebrachten Vorrichtung zum vollständigen Verschließen werden von dieser Norm nicht abgedeckt. Derartige Produkte werden nach EN 200, EN 817, EN 1111, EN 1286 oder EN 1287 (siehe [1], [2], [3], [5] und [6]) geprüft. Die Anwendungsbedingungen und die Klassifizierung sind in Tabelle 1 festgelegt.
