Diese Norm behandelt keine Anforderungen an Bremsklötze aus Gusseisen. Diese Europäische Norm ist für Bremsklötze der Reibungsklassen "K", "L", oder "LL" anwendbar, die für den Einbau in Schienenfahrzeuge mit Klotzbremse ausgelegt sind.
