Dieser Teil von EN 16582 legt die speziellen sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen und Anforderungen an die Qualität sowie Prüfverfahren für auf dem Boden aufgestellte Schwimmbäder für private Nutzung zusätzlich zu den allgemeinen Anforderungen der EN 16582-1 fest und muss zusammen mit dieser gelesen werden. Die Anforderungen dieser speziellen Norm haben Vorrang vor denen in EN 16582-1. Diese Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren gelten nur für auf dem Boden aufgestellte Schwimmbecken-konstruktionen, einschließlich deren Zugangseinrichtungen. Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Schwimmbäder mit einer minimalen Wassertiefe von mehr als 400 mm. Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für: - öffentliche genutzte Schwimmbäder, die in EN 15288-1 behandelt sind; - Planschbecken nach EN 71-8; - Warmsprudelbecken für private oder öffentliche Nutzung.
