Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an drei Typen von fluorkunststoffbeschichteten Nicht-Verbundschläuchen und -schlauchleitungen mit gewellten oder glatten Innenschichten zum Fördern von flüssigen oder gasförmigen chemischen Stoffen fest; diese werden im Folgenden "geförderte Chemikalien" genannt. Diese Schläuche und Schlauchleitungen können für pharmazeutische, biotechnologische und industrielle Anwendungen, wie in Abschnitt 5 detailliert beschrieben, verwendet werden. Die Schlauchleitungen sind für den Einsatz mit den geförderten Chemikalien im Temperaturbereich von -70 °C bis +260 °C und bei einem Betriebsdruck bis zu 205 bar vorgesehen.
