Diese Europäische Norm legt die Mindestanforderungen an Leistung und Bauweise von an Tankfahrzeugen angebrachten Steuereinrichtungen für Überfüllsicherungen fest. Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Steuereinrichtungen von Überfüllsicherungen für flüssige Brenn- und Kraftstoffe mit einem Flammpunkt bis einschließlich 100 °C. Die Anforderungen gelten für Steuereinrichtungen von Überfüllsicherungen, die für die Verwendung innerhalb eines Umgebungstemperaturbereichs von -25 °C bis +60 °C und für die Einwirkung normaler Schwankungen des Betriebsdrucks geeignet sind.
