Dieses Dokument legt Anforderungen an und Prüfverfahren für gehandelte und gelieferte Dieselkraftstoffmischungen mit hohem FAME-Anteil (B20 und B30) für den Einsatz in dafür konstruierten oder nachträglich an diesen Kraftstoff angepassten Kraftfahrzeugen mit Dieselmotor fest. Dieselkraftstoffmischungen mit hohem FAME-Anteil sind Mischungen aus bis zu insgesamt 20 % (V/V) bzw. bis zu insgesamt 30 % (V/V) Fettsäuremethylester (allgemein bekannt als FAME) nach EN 14214 und Dieselkraftstoff nach EN 590. Dieselkraftstoffmischungen mit hohem FAME-Anteil (B20 und B30) müssen aus Gründen der optimalen Wartung und der Kontrolle zum Gebrauch in geschlossenen Fahrzeugflotten verwendet werden, für die ein entsprechendes Kraftstoffmanagement vorgesehen sind.
