Dieses Dokument stellt Produktkategorieregeln (PCR, en: product category rules) für Umweltdeklarationen des Typs III (nach EN 15804:2012+A2:20191) bei werkmäßig hergestellten Wärmedämmstoffen und Ortdämmstoffen bereit. Ergänzend zu EN 15804:2012+A2:20191 leisten die in diesem Dokument ausgeführten PCR Folgendes: - sie legen die zu verwendende deklarierte Einheit fest; - sie bestimmen die Systemgrenzen für Wärmedämmstoffe; - Standardszenarien und Regeln zur Festlegung von Szenarien für bestimmte Lebenszyklus-Informationsmodule werden bestimmt und beschrieben. Diese PCR sind unter der Voraussetzung, dass der Zweck innerhalb der Beschreibung der Systemgrenzen exakt angegeben ist, dafür vorgesehen, für die Bewertungen "von der Wiege bis zum Werkstor", "von der Wiege bis zum Werkstor mit Optionen" und "von der Wiege bis zur Bahre" verwendet zu werden.
