Diese Europäische Norm beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von anorganischem Arsen in marinen und pflanzlichen Lebensmitteln mit Anionenaustausch-HPLC-ICP-MS nach Wasserbadextraktion. Dieses Verfahren wurde in einem Ringversuch an Reis (poliert), Vollkornreis, Porree (Lauch), Miesmuscheln, Fischmuskulatur und Meeresalgen mit einem Massenanteil an anorganischem Arsen von 0,073 mg/kg bis 10,3 mg/kg validiert.
