Dieses Dokument legt ein ergänzendes Datenkonzept fest, das als ein "optionaler zusätzlicher Datenteil" eines eCall-MSD, wie in EN 15722 festgelegt, von einem Fahrzeug im Fall eines Unfalls oder Notfalls über eine eCall-Kommunikationssitzung an eine Rettungsleitstelle übertragen werden kann. Dieses Dokument dient dazu, dem bestehenden MSD die Aufnahme mehrerer OAD (en: optional additional datasets, de: optionale zusätzliche Datensätze) zu ermöglichen. Um dies zu erreichen, wird ein kurzes Konzept zu optionalen zusätzlichen Daten bereitgestellt, das die Einbindung mehrerer zusätzlicher Datensätze im aktuell festgelegten MSD von 140 Bytes ermöglicht (jeder OAD erfordert jedoch weiterhin eine eigene Spezifikation). Dieses Dokument kann als Nachtrag zu EN 15722 gesehen werden. Es enthält so wenig Redundanz wie möglich.
