Dieses Dokument legt grundlegende Prüf- und Zustandsanforderungen für Umlenkrollen und Anschlagmittel fest, die an Seilen und Seilendbefestigungen in forstlichen Anwendungen angebracht werden. Es ist anwendbar auf die forstliche Holzrückung einschließlich seilunterstützter Fällung. Dieses Dokument ist anzuwenden für die folgenden Elemente, Anschlagmittel und Befestigungselemente: - Umlenkrollen, die bei der forstlichen Holzrückung verwendet werden; - Chokerseile; - Chokerketten; - Funkchoker; - Schäkel; - Rundschlingen/Baumschoner; - Baumzugseile; - Seilgleithaken/Seilgleiter/Chokerhaken. Es ist nicht anzuwenden für die folgenden Anschlagmittel: - die funktionale Sicherheit von Funkchokern, - nicht ummantelte Baumzugseile aus Kunststoff, - Schlingen und Umlenkrollen für die Funktion und den Aufbau mobiler Seilkrananlagen nach EN 16517:2021 (z. B. für die Installation des Rückholseils).
