Dieses Dokument enthält Eigenschaften und typische Werte für Rezyklate aus Polystyrol (PS), die für Gruppen von definierten Anwendungen (die Produktfamilien) vorgesehen sind. Die Eigenschaften und typischen Werte für die verschiedenen Produktfamilien leiten sich aus den Leistungsanforderungen der zu dieser Familie gehörenden Produkte ab, einschließlich der Anforderungen an die Produktherstellungsprozesse, sofern zutreffend. Dieses Dokument gilt für Kunststoff-Rezyklate, die für die Herstellung von (Zwischen-)Produkten vorgesehen sind. Dieses Dokument ist zur Verwendung in Verbindung mit Teil 1 dieser Normenreihe vorgesehen, in dem das Bezeichnungssystem für Kunststoff-Rezyklate beschrieben wird. Das Bezeichnungssystem ermöglicht den Vergleich zwischen recyceltem und neuem Material auf der Ebene der kennzeichnenden Eigenschaften des Polymers. ANMERKUNG 1 Beispiele für Bezeichnungen von Kunststoff-Rezyklaten sind in Anhang A aufgeführt. ANMERKUNG 2 Die Auswahl der relevanten Eigenschaften für eine Produktfamilie basiert auf EN ISO 10350-1, erweitert um spezifische Eigenschaften für Kunststoff-Rezyklate.
