Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren fest, um die Nickellässigkeit von sämtlichen Stäben, die in durchstochene Ohren und in andere durchstochene Teile des menschlichen Körpers eingeführt werden, sowie von Erzeugnissen, die unmittelbar und länger mit der Haut in Berührung kommen, zu simulieren, um festzustellen, ob diese Erzeugnisse Nr. 27 in Anhang XVII der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates (REACH) entsprechen. Brillenfassungen und Sonnenbrillen sind von dem Anwendungsbereich dieses Dokuments ausgenommen.
