Diese Europäische Norm gilt für: - Beiboote, die nach Anhang II der Richtlinie 2006/87/EG auf Fahrzeugen der Binnenschifffahrt mitgeführt werden müssen; - Rettungsboote, sofern für das Einsatzgebiet keine besonderen Rettungsmittel vorgeschrieben sind (z. B. ADN); - Arbeitsboote für den Transport von Personen in begrenzter Anzahl oder kleineren Nutzlasten im Baustellenbereich und auf vergleichbar kurzen Entfernungen. Diese Norm gilt nicht für: - Sportboote nach Richtlinie 2013/53/EU; - Boote der Feuerwehr und der Wasserrettung.
