Die vorliegende Teil EN 1946-2 enthält spezifische technische Kriterien für die Begutachtung von Laboratorien zur Durchführung von Messungen der Wärmeübertragungseigenschaft im stationären Zustand nach dem Verfahren mit dem Plattengerät nach prEN 12667 und prEN 12664. Sie ergänzt die allgemeingültigen Kriterien in EN 1946-1. Hierzu wird eine Anleitung zum Aufbau und zum Inhalt des Gerätehandbuches, der Kalibrier- und Wartungskartei und zur Verfahrensanweisung zur Messung gegeben. Sie enthält Angaben zu verbindlichen Gerätefunktions-Spezifikationen, zur Gerätebeschreibung sowie zu Berechnungen für den Geräteaufbau und die Meßabweichungsanalyse. Sie enthält Angaben zu Prüfverfahren, die sich zur Begutachtung der Gerätegenauigkeit eignen.
