Nach diesem Verfahren wird im Vakuum Cadmiummetall verdampft und mit einer Zwischenschicht direkt auf dem Grundwerkstoff niedergeschlagen. Die so erzeugte Schicht ist duktil und elektrisch leitend. Dieses Dokument ist immer dann anzuwenden, wenn darauf verwiesen wird.
