Dieses Dokument legt die Eigenschaften von UV-Laser-bedruckbaren, ein- und mehradrigen, geschirmten (Umseilung) und ummantelten elektrischen Leitungen mit reduzierter Masse der DR-Familie fest, die zur Verwendung in Bordnetzen von Luftfahrzeugen bei Betriebstemperaturen zwischen -55 °C und 260 °C bestimmt sind. Wenn dennoch erforderlich, sind auch -65 °C möglich, wie die Kälteprüfung gezeigt hat. Es ist auch möglich, diese Leitungen mit einer qualifizierten passenden Kennzeichnung zu versehen. Diese Kennzeichnungen entsprechen EN 3838:2022.
