Diese Europäische Norm legt die Eigenschaften einpoliger Schutzschalter, temperaturkompensiert, Nennströme von 20 A bis 25 A, zur Verwendung im Bordnetz von Flugzeugen bei Temperaturen zwischen -55 °C und 125 °C und in einer maximalen Höhe von 15 000 m fest. Diese Schutzschalter werden durch einen Druck-Zugtaster (Aktuator) mit zeitgesteuerter Freiauslösung ge-steuert. Sie sind bis zum Kurzschlussstrom weiterhin funktionsfähig.
