Diese Europäische Norm legt Verfahren zum Nachweis der Übereinstimmung von einer oder mehreren Eigenschaften eines Loses von Platten mit den Anforderungen der jeweiligen Europäischen Anforderungsnorm fest. Abhängig davon, ob die Fertigung nach EN 326-2 kontrolliert wird oder nicht, werden unterschiedliche Stichprobenumfänge angegeben. Für Platten, deren Fertigung nach EN 326-2 kontrolliert wird, kann diese Europäische Norm im Streitfall angewendet werden. Sie gilt nicht für werkseigene Produktionskontrolle. Hierfür gilt EN 326-2. In dieser EN erfolgt der Nachweis der Übereinstimmung anhand der Prüfung kleiner Prüfkörper.
