Diese Europäische Norm legt die Eigenschaften einpoliger Schutzschalter fest, temperaturkompensiert, für Nennströme von 1 A bis 25 A, zur Verwendung im Bordnetz von Luftfahrzeugen bei Temperaturen zwischen -55 °C und 125 °C und in einer maximalen Höhe von 22 000 Metern. Diese Schutzschalter werden durch einen Druck-Zugknopf (Aktuator) mit verzögerter Freiauslösung gesteuert. Sie sind bis zum Kurzschlusskreis weiterhin funktionsfähig.
