Diese Europäische Norm legt die erforderlichen Eigenschaften für einpolige Störlichtbogen-Schutzschalter mit Nennströmen von 3 A bis 25 A, einer Schaltleistung von 65 In, für den Einsatz in Luftfahrzeugbordnetzen fest. Die Betriebstemperaturen liegen zwischen -40 °C bis 85 °C bei einer maximalen Höhe von Z = 15 000 m. Der Thermoschutz ist temperaturkompensiert und arbeitet zwischen -55 °C und 125 °C. Diese Störlichtbogen-Schutzschalter besitzen einen Druckknopf (Betätigungsknopf) mit "Druck-Zug"-Betäti-gung mit verzögerter Freiauslösung. Ihre Funktion ist bis zum Kurzschlussstrom sichergestellt.
