Dieses Dokument legt die erforderlichen Eigenschaften von einpoligen Störlichtbogen-Schutzschaltern mit Nennströmen von 3 A bis 25 A, einer Schaltleistung von 65 In zur Verwendung in elektrischen Systemen von Luftfahrzeugen fest. Deren Betriebstemperaturen liegen zwischen -40 °C und 85 °C bei einer maximalen Höhe von Z = 15 000 m. Der Thermoschutz ist temperaturkompensiert und arbeitet zwischen -55 °C und 125 °C. Diese Schutzschalter werden durch einen einzelnen Druckknopf (Betätigungsknopf) mit Druck-Zug-Betätigung mit verzögerter Freiauslösung bedient. Ihre Funktion ist bis zum Kurzschlussstrom sichergestellt.
