Dieses Dokument legt die Prüfverfahren und Berechnungen zur Bestimmung der ECO-Effizienz folgender in Luftfahrzeugen eingebauter Cateringgeräte fest: ż Kühlgeräte (mit und ohne Tiefkühlfunktion); ż Öfen (Dampfgarer und Heißluftöfen); ż Heißgetränkeautomaten (Kaffeebereiter, Warmwasserbereiter); ż Müllpressen (Einzel- und Doppelbehälter); ż Espressomaschinen (für Bohnen, Pulver, Pads und Kapseln). Anhand der Ergebnisse wird es möglich sein, den Energieverbrauchsindex und den Leistungsindex des entsprechenden Gerätetyps abzuleiten. Die beiden Indexwerte stellen die ECO-Effizienz dar.
