In dieser ÖNORM EN werden die allgemeinen Anforderungen an Druckrohre, Rohrverbindungen und Formstücke aus Beton festgelegt, welche für Rohrleitungen zum Transport von Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch, für industrielle Zwecke sowie für Bewässerung und Ableitung von Abwasser bestimmt sind. Beschrieben werden die Anforderungen an die verschiedenen Werkstoffe, aus welchen sich die Betonrohre zusammensetzen, - an die Rohrgeometrie - an die Rohrverbindungen - an Formstücke und Sonderteile sowie Prüfmethoden zur Feststellung der Eigenschaften der Rohre und Formstücke. Ein informativer Anhang A beinhaltet die Beschreibung der Hauptparameter, ein informativer Anhang B beinhaltet ein Berechnungsprinzip für freitragende Rohre.
