In dieser ÖNORM EN werden die Anforderungen für die Ausführung und Herstellung von Stahlbetondruckrohren ohne Mantel, von ringförmig vorgespannten Rohren oder von Rohren mit gleichmäßig verteilter Bewehrung aus mehreren Schichten von Drähten mit kleinem Durchmesser festgelegt. Kurz eingegangen wird auch auf die Anforderungen an die zu verwendenden Rohrwerkstoffe, welche jedoch grundsätzlich in EN 639 festgelegt sind. Ausführlich eingegangen wird auf die Bemessung der Rohre sowie auf die im Zuge der Herstellung sowie an den fertiggestellten Rohren erforderlich werkseitigen Prüfungen. Im informativen Anhang A sind Beispiele für die Rohrbemessung angeführt.
