Dieses Dokument legt die besonderen Maßnahmen und Sicherheitsregeln fest, die das Verhalten von Aufzügen im Brandfall in einem Gebäude auf Basis einer/mehrerer Rücksendesignale an die Steuerung(en) des Aufzugs/der Aufzüge beschreiben. Dieses Dokument gilt für neue Personen- und Lastenaufzüge mit allen Antriebsarten. Es kann jedoch auch als Basis zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit bei bestehenden Personen- und Lastenaufzügen angewendet werden. Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für: - Aufzüge, die im Brandfall in Betrieb bleiben, z. B. Feuerwehraufzüge nach EN 81-72:2020, - Aufzüge, die für die Evakuierung eines Gebäudes eingesetzt werden.
