Diese ÖNORM beschreibt ein Schnellverfahren zur Bestimmung des Öl- und Wassergehaltes von im Handel erhältlichen Ölsamen mittels gepulster NMR-Spektrometrie. Das Verfahren ist auf Raps, Sojabohnen, Leinsamen und Sonnenblumenkerne mit einem Wassergehalt von weniger als 10 % anwendbar. Bei höheren Wassergehalten ist vor der Bestimmung des Ölgehaltes eine Trocknung notwendig. Die Anwendbarkeit auf andere Ölsaaten ist denkbar, soferne das Öl bei der Meßtemperatur flüssig ist.
