Dieses Dokument legt ein Feldverfahren zur Bestimmung von wasserlöslichen Chloriden in nichtmetallischen Strahlmitteln fest. Dieses Feldverfahren wird als Kit mit allen Komponenten und einer vorher abgemessenen Extraktionslösung geliefert. Dieses Dokument unterscheidet sich von ISO 11127 7 dadurch, dass gleiche Volumina der Strahlmittelprobe und der Extraktionslösung zur Bestimmung des Chloridgehalts im Strahlmittel verwendet werden. Demgegenüber wird in ISO 11127 7 ein Masse-zu-Volumen-Verhältnis von Strahlmittel zu Lösemittel (deionisiertes Wasser) verwendet, um lösliche Salze aus dem Strahlmittel zu extrahieren. Dieses Dokument ist für die Feldverwendung vorgesehen, während ISO 11127 7 eher für die Verwendung im Labor geeignet ist.
