Diese Bestimmung ist nicht für das Abschätzen der elektrischen Eigenschaften des Polymerisates geeignet, aber sie kann von Interesse sein bei der Wahl von Additiven, insbesondere von Stabilisatoren, die für die Herstellung von Formmassen verwendet werden.
