Dieses Dokument legt eine Kenngrößenprüfung zur Bestimmung der Schutzwirksamkeit eines Geokunststoffs auf einer harten Oberfläche bei Stoßbelastung durch einen halbkugelförmigen Gegenstand fest. Die Kenngrößenprüfung misst die Dickenänderung einer dünnen Bleiplatte, die zwischen dem Geokunststoff und einer starren Auflage eingefügt ist. Sie wird durch Verwendung der tatsächlich zu schützenden starren Oberfläche und der tatsächlichen Aufeinanderfolge von Geokunststoffen auch als Leistungsprüfung angewendet. Die Prüfung ist anwendbar für alle Geokunststoffe mit Öffnungen von weniger als 15 mm (Höchstmaß).
