Die Prüfung ist auf Produkte wie folgt anwendbar: - Verfahren A für Werkstoffe, die nur aus Polypropylen (PP), Polyethylen (PE), Polyamid (PA), Aramid (AR) bestehen; - Verfahren B für Werkstoffe, die nur aus Polyvinylalkohol (PVAL) bestehen. Die Daten eignen sich für Auswahlzwecke, jedoch nicht zur Ableitung von Leistungskennwerten, wie Nutzungsdauer, falls sie nicht durch weitere Untersuchungsergebnisse gestützt werden.
