Dieser Teil von ISO 14405 führt den Default-Spezifikationsoperator für Winkelgrößenmaße ein und legt eine Anzahl besonderer Spezifikationsoperatoren fest für Winkelgrößenmaßelemente mit Winkelgrößenmaß vom Typ: Kegel (abgeschnitten, d. h. Kegelstumpf, oder nicht), Keil (abgeschnitten oder nicht), zwei gegenüberliegende Geraden (Schnittpunkt eines Keils/abgeschnittenen Keils und einer Ebene senkrecht zur Schnittgeraden der zwei Ebenen des Keils/abgeschnittenen Keils, Schnittpunkt eines Kegels/Kegelstumpfes und einer Ebene, die die Rotationsachse des Kegels/Kegelstumpfes einschließt).
