Es gilt für Schweißzusatzwerkstoffe zum Verbinden oder Plattieren durch Lichtbogenschweißen unter Ver-wendung eines manuellen, teilweise maschinellen oder vollständig automatischen Prozesses, bei dem ent-weder unlegierter Stahl, legierter Stahl oder Nichteisenlegierungen abgeschmolzen werden. Lichtbogen-handschweißen, Metall-Schutzgasschweißen mit Massiv-, Metallkern- und Fülldrahtelektrode und Metall-Lichtbogenschweißen mit Fülldrahtelektrode ohne Schutzgas sind im Anwendungsbereich dieses Doku-ments enthalten.
