Diese Europäische Norm legt ein hochleistungs-flüssigchromatographisches Verfahren (HPLC) zur Bestimmung von Ochratoxin A von mehr als 0,4 vg/kg fest. Dieses Verfahren ist in zwei Ringversuchen nach ISO 57251996 [i]an Weizenvollkornschrot mit 0,4 pgkg und 1,2 pg/kg Ochratoxin A erfolgreich validiert worden. ANMERKUNG: Zahlreiche Laborerfahrungen haben gezeigt, daß dieses Verfahren auch auf Getreide, Trockenfrüchte, Ölsamen, Hülsenfrüchte, Wein, Bier, Fruchtsäfte und grünen Kaffee anwendbar ist, siehe [2], [31, [41.
