Dieser Teil von ISO 15616 gilt weder für CO2-Laserstrahlanlagen, die einen Gelenk(arm)roboter nutzen, noch für Arbeitsplätze wie Schweißpositioniervorrichtungen, feststehende Plattenschneider usw. Dieser Teil von ISO 15616 behandelt keine Schutzvorrichtungen, wie z. B. jene für das Auswerfen von Spänen und Partikeln, die beim Schweißen und Schneiden erzeugt werden.
