Dieser Teil der EN ISO 15875 legt Anforderungen an die Gebrauchstauglichkeit von Rohrleitungssystemen aus vernetztem Polyethylen (P-EX) fest, die in der Warm- und Kaltwasserinstallation innerhalb von Gebäuden für den Transport von Trink- oder Brauchwasser (Hausinstallationen) sowie für Heizungsanalgen unter Berücksichtigung des betreffenden zulässigen Betriebsdruckes und der für die jeweilige Anwendungsklasse geletenen Temperaturen (siehe Tabelle 1 von EN ISO 15875-1:2003) eingesetzt werden.
