Dieser Teil der ISO 15927 legt die Definitionen und das Berechnungsverfahren sowie die Darstellungsweise von Klimadaten fest, die zur Bestimmung der Norm-Heizlast für die Raumheizung in Gebäuden verwendet werden müssen. Diese schließen ein: - die Bemessungstemperaturen der Außenluft im Winter; - die zugehörige Windgeschwindigkeit und -richtung, falls zutreffend. Der Wärmeverlust über das Erdreich, der auch zur Heizlast von Gebäuden beiträgt, hängt von länger andauernden Temperaturänderungen ab; Verfahren für die Berechnung des Wärmeverlustes über das Erdreich sind in ISO 13370 aufgeführt.
